Shell Point Residents
- Single Golf Membership Annual Dues: $3,179.03 including tax
- Couple Golf Membership Annual Dues: $4,414.43 including tax
Non Shell Point Residents
Non-refundable initiation fee of $2,000 for new members
- Single Golf Membership Annual Dues: $6,336.75 including tax
- Family Golf Membership Annual Dues: $7,561.50 including tax
- Privileges are extended to spouse plus children under the age of 25
