Michael Raber

It is my pleasure to introduce Michael Raber, Shell Point Golf Club's new PGA Head Golf Professional. Michael brings 16 years of experience to the position. He has been a PGA member professional since 2002, and he gained “Certified” PGA status in 2005.

After graduating from Brockport State University in 1994 with a degree in finance, Michael started his career as an Assistant Golf Professional at the Skaneateles Country Club in 1996.

He then moved to Fort Myers in 2000 to work as an Assistant Golf Professional at Gulf Harbour Golf & Country Club. He then moved to Massachusetts where he worked at both Townsend Ridge Country Club and Butter Brook Golf Club. In 2006 Michael returned to Fort Myers and worked at Copperhead Golf Club and The Country Club of Naples.

Now, Michael is pleased to bring his experience and knowledge to Shell Point Golf Club. Personal lessons for the 2010/2011 season are available by appointment only.

Attend a Saturday Clinic for just $10
Michael will be conducting clinics on Saturday mornings from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. throughout the month of August. The fee for the clinic is only $10. This is a good opportunity to introduce yourself to Michael while gaining some valuable insight into your golf swing. There is a limit of 10 people per clinic.
